Barcelona Media works with a wide range of companies, institutions and organisations to form consortia for collaborative R&D projects that are funded at the regional, national or European level. We participate in platforms, clusters and associations that together bring the technology centre within reach of hundreds of other research centres, universities, consultancies and business clusters, which themselves represent thousands of companies and international organisations.

TECNIO network.As a centre for advanced technology, Barcelona Media is a member of TECNIO, a network created by ACC1Ó that brings together the main expert agents in applied research and technology transfer in Catalonia.

Federación Española de Centros Tecnológicos (FEDIT). Fedit, the Spanish Federation of Technology Centres, represents all the technology centres in Spain and is one of the main private-sector agents for R&D&I and one of the largest providers of R&D services to companies.

Icària Campus International Excellence is a project from Pompeu Fabra University whose goal is to speed up the process of excellence and international outreach to which the university has been commited since it was founded. Barcelona Media is part of the strategic aggregation in order to give added value to the project.

Grup Connect-EU MMI (Media, Mobility, Interaction) is part of the Connect-EU Groups, an initiative set up by ACC1Ó and AGAUR and composed of around fifteen working groups specialising in different areas of technology and R&D&I that are of strategic value to Catalonia.

European Think Tank Network for Digital Content Industries (also known as the “European Digital Think Tank”) combines a series of clusters and other regional institutions supporting innovation in business. Barcelona Media is a founder member of the European Digital Think Tank, whose other members include organisations from France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany.
