Presentation of IP RACINE at IDIFF

On January 30 and February 1, Barcelona Media was at IDIFF (International Digital Film Forum), at the Palais des Congrès de París, in order to present of the project IP-RACINE to the industry.
IDIFF is an event aimed at providing to cinema professionals an overview of the technological evolutions in the creative process (production, post-productions, exhibition).
IP-RACINE is the biggest European project in digital cinema, its goal being to improve the competitiveness of the European industry in this area. Josep Blat, scientific coordinator of IP-RACINE, presented the results and the prototypes that have been developed in front of an audience made up of representatives from various technological companies in digital cinema.
Barcelon Media is part of the IP-RACINE consortium, both carrying out research in audio and image, and coordinating the project.
