The Culture and Tourism Lab presents the Master Plan For Sustainable Tourism Development of Hue City

Damià Moragues, accompanied by Jordi Pardo and Ana Requejo, from the Barcelona Media’s Culture and Tourism Lab, has presented the outline of the Master Plan For Sustainable Tourism Development of Hue City at the Popular Committee ‘s headquarters in the city of Hue (Vietnam).
The act was presided over by the president of the Popular Committee of the city of Hue, Mr. Hoa with the participation of the general coordinator of the Technical Cooperation Office in Vietnam from the Spanish International Cooperation Agency (AECID in its Spanish initials), Benito Alvarez and the person in charge of the programme, Jordi Galbe, as well as a great number of local and regional authorities and some forty representatives of the different public administrations involved and also people from the world of culture.
The Master Plan is an AECID Project whose main objective is to define the strategies and main actions for the cultural and tourist development of the former imperial capital of Vietnam as a cultural hub of the country, and to connect it with the main destinations and landscapes of cultural interest in this Asiatic region, for 2015 and with a horizon and an orientation for 2020.
