Dec 12, 2008 - BM news
The BM Cultural Lab is writing the overview plan for the city of Hue, the old imperial capital of Vietnam, within the frame of a project financed by the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID).
The project has as a main objective to articulate a high intensity tourist proposal regarding the heritage of the city of Hue, highlighting the Ciutadella and the old kings’ tombs, apart from transforming the city into a cultural hub of Vietnam. The project’ scope surpasses the city in order to incorporate to the cultural and tourist proposals the area of influence in Hue, which is in fact the capital of the whole Vietnam centre.
The project, recently started, will terminate at the end of 2009 and it is directed by a team of five experts of the Lab, plus more than ten Vietnamese specialists, led by Damia Moragues, of the BM Cultural Lab.
