Graphics and Image

Research into technologies for representing objects, characters and artificial images with a strong emphasis on the creation of interactive applications. These applications can have domestic (e.g. Video-games) and professional uses (e.g. graphics applications for medical analysis). Work on technologies for mathematical analysis and image post-production tools is also carried out. The objective is to extract information from the image, and improve its visual quality and its adaptation to various uses.
