The Culture and Tourism Lab of Barcelona Media presents the Tourism Master Plan of Hue, Vietnam
[Jan 27, 2010] Ana Requejo and Damià Moragues from the Laboratory of Culture and Tourism presented in Hue (Vietnam) the final document of the Master Plan, which must plan the future development of this city, former imperial capital of the country with the aim of becoming an important cultural “hub” in South-East Asia. The House of Languages Visitor's Centre opens its doors
[Nov 23, 2009] Since early 2007, the Barcelona Media Culture and Tourism Lab. is involved in the project to create Linguamón - House of Languages. A project initiated by the Government in order to promote the use and development of all languages, and which is destined to become a new engine for the city of Barcelona and a knowledge center and new services dedicated to the management of multilingualism. The congress is the frame of the IMPULSO programme for the development of the cultural politics, in which a technical team is working. The Culture Lab organizes a seminar for SEBRAE about culture as a factor for local development
[Sep 23, 2008] The Barcelona Media Culture Lab has organized, for the Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Companies of Brazil (SEBRAE, in their abbreviation in Brazilian) a seminar about the interaction between culture and technology and the idea of culture as a factor for local development. In the sessions, which have been celebrated from 22nd to 26th September, the Culture Lab researchers have shared their experience with more than twenty experts from SEBRAE, who work on culture and development projects around Brazil.
